The Problem
Several posting and fulfillment-routing rules weren't covered by the standard Celigo template — including revenue recognition that varied by item type and customer category.
The Solution
Implemented the Celigo Shopify-NetSuite Integration App, covering order sync, customer data, and fulfillment flows.
Technical Approach
Layered on custom SuiteScript: a Custom GL plugin applying revenue-split logic on invoice posting based on item flags and customer category; payment method and terms mapping from Shopify invoices back to the parent Sales Order; automated sync of Sales Order addresses to the customer address book; and a 3PL fulfillment integration pushing orders to a capacity fulfillment API with B2B vs. DTC routing logic.
Business Impact
E-commerce operations are centralized in NetSuite, with revenue correctly split and orders correctly routed automatically on every transaction — no manual GL coding or fulfillment triage required.
