Celigo Integrator.io · Salesforce × NetSuite × SolarWinds × SAP · SuiteScript Queue System
Client Snapshot
A telecommunications company with a complex, in-flight enterprise integration spanning four systems across 10 integration flows, with limited documentation and several internal teams to coordinate.
The Problem
Customer sync, contract and contact records, order processing, usage data, billing, item metadata, GL export, and financial status feedback all needed coordination across SAP, Salesforce, and SolarWinds teams. Separately, a single 24,000-record Daily Plan import was blocking Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, RMAs, and Inventory Adjustments from posting during business hours.
The Solution
Produced a full integration architecture diagram, Work Breakdown Structure, and dependency mapping across internal teams, then advanced the 10-flow Celigo integration to stability.
Technical Approach
Architected a priority-based CSV Import Queue system using a custom queue record, three priority-scoped Scheduled Script deployments (Immediate, Standard, Non-Urgent), and a Map/Reduce Status Monitor for job tracking, failure alerts, and automatic CSV file cleanup — with admin visibility through native NetSuite portlets and no custom dashboard code.
Business Impact
A previously undocumented, four-system integration now has a clear architecture, Work Breakdown Structure, and ownership map across teams. Daily high-volume imports no longer block time-sensitive transactions from posting during business hours.
Why It Mattered
A mission-critical, multi-system integration that no single person fully understood now has documented architecture and clear ownership — reducing risk for the client long after this engagement ended.
