Designed a two-layer architecture on Odoo Community Edition: standard Odoo modules for core accounting, contacts, and POS as the foundation, topped with custom-built cooperative-specific modules covering member registry and KYC, share capital management, loan processing and amortization, CDA-mandated fund allocation, savings and interest accrual, patronage refund computation, and CDA Annual Report generation. Delivered in three phases — Foundation, Operations, Compliance.
Business Impact
The cooperative now runs core accounting, member, and lending operations on a single, purpose-built system, with jomIT Solutions continuing on as a retained technology partner post-launch.
